An archivist attempts to form an alliance with the Spider Kingdom, even though inter-species communication has been banned, in order to enlist their aid against the silverfish threatening her archives. I wrote this during a period when I worked at an actual archive! I was severely underpaid and spent most days checking pest traps that every single day were just filled with silverfish. I wanted to get something meaningful out of the experience, so here is this fun story! I hope you enjoy it.
