My flash fiction horror story Leave No Trace is out at The Arcanist. Please give it a read, its a culmination of the dozens and dozens of Junior Ranger booklets I filled out as a child.

The main character is a National Park Ranger. I wrote the first draft of this story back in 2016, when the National Parks System was in a different position in the United States. Where the Parks and we all are now in 2019 is a very different horror from what I wrote, proving that real life is stranger (and more terrifying) than fiction.
